Ecomify Automation Refund Policy

We recognize that unexpected situations may occur, and we strive to collaborate with you for a fair resolution. This refund policy details the circumstances under which refunds may or may not be issued.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Discounted Plans: Due to their lower pricing, refunds are not applicable for discounted packages.
  • Approved Designs & Modifications: Once a primary design is approved or changes have been requested, refunds will not be provided.
  • Urgent Orders & Client Cancellations: Refunds are not allowed for rush projects or cancellations unrelated to Ecomify Automation.
  • Client Inactivity: Refunds will not be processed if there is no response for more than two weeks.
  • Policy Breaches: Any violation of Ecomify Automation's policies will result in ineligibility for refunds.
  • Multiple Providers: Seeking another designer/company for the same project voids refund claims with us.
  • Insufficient Briefs & Major Alterations: Refunds are denied if the brief lacks key details or requires a complete redesign.
  • Late Requests: Requests made beyond the specified refund period will not be accepted.
  • Business Adjustments: Refunds are not granted for business closures, rebranding, or internal restructuring.
  • Non-Service-Related Issues: Refunds will not be granted for personal disagreements, change of decision, or conflicts with business partners.
  • Processing Charge: A 12% processing fee applies to client-initiated refund claims.
  • Finalized Deliverables: Refunds are not available once the final files are delivered as per the request.
  • Complimentary Services: Free items do not qualify for refunds or revisions.
  • Excluded Services: Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting services are non-refundable.
  • Website Projects: Website development refunds are not possible once the design is approved and development starts.
  • Logo Completion: Positive feedback on logo revisions and final file delivery negates refund requests.
  • Outsourced Services: Refunds are not provided for work outsourced by Ecomify Automation.

Refund Eligibility:

  • Non-Delivery of Service: Refunds may be requested if Ecomify Automation fails to deliver agreed-upon services, provided all prerequisites were met.

Refund Processing:

  • Refund claims will be assessed within 30 business days (if applicable).
